Sending a Completed Form to the Tax Office

Prior to sending the form to the Tax Office you need to check the form. Refer to Saving and checking a Completed Form for more information.

The completed Form needs to be moved from the In Tray to the Out Tray by selecting the form(s) and clicking the Move to Out Tray button on the bottom of the In Tray screen.

The Completed form(s) will then appear in the Out Tray and can be sent to the Tax Office by selecting the form(s) and clicking the Send to the ATO button or by clicking the Send All to the ATO button at the bottom of the screen to send all the forms to the Tax Office.

Important : A form can only be sent using the same AUSkey that was used to create the document.

PSO ready to send status

A Confirmation Message will appear. Click OK to send the Form to the Tax Office or Cancel if you do not wish to send the Form to the Tax Office.

An Information Message will appear to confirm the details of the claims sent to the Tax Office.

The sent form will now appear in the Sent Items.
