(An Internet connection is required to create a PSO form.)
To create a PSO claim form, select the Business tab from the ECI Navigation bar, then select In Tray and click on the Create New Document button.
The ECI Client software will prompt you to enter your password if you do not have an active AUSkey loaded. Enter your password and click on OK.

Available ECI forms will be displayed in the ECI New Form Folder. Open the Product Stewardship (Oil) Scheme Folder to display the PSO Claim Form. To create a PSO Claim Form, select the form and click on OK.

The PSO Claim Form and an information message will appear on your screen indicating the form has been created. Click on OK to access the form.
