Restore an Archived Document

The Restore function in the Sent Items allows you to view a document that you have previously archived and then deleted. The Restore function is always available.

CAUTION
Any attempt to use an Archive file in any other application could corrupt the data. The ATO takes no responsibility for misuse of Archived files.

You will not be able to restore an archived document until you delete it from the Sent Items. If you attempt to restore a document that you have not deleted, a message will appear to inform you that the document still exists in Sent Items.

To restore a document to Sent Items, perform the following steps:


1.   Click the Restore button in Sent Items. The Restore dialog box is displayed:

2.   Select the name and location of the archived document on your computer and click the Restore button. The ECI application displays the restored document in Sent Items.
3.   Click on the View button to open the document and view the details.
